To confirm your commission, I will contact you (depending on the platform) to send you the quote or proposal. If there is no payment, confirmation, or communication after three days, I will cancel the order and move on to the next requests.

- The commission will start only after receiving the full payment.- Payment plans for orders over $300 can be discussed.-The price can be raised depending on things like: complexity, character design, clothes, number of characters, background or props. This will be notified before requesting payment.- PLEASE be sure you have money for emergencies, situations that are not related to me are not applicable to request a refund.

My working hours are Monday through Thursday, 10 AM to 6 PM Central Mexico Time (GMT). I do not respond to messages or provide updates on weekends; please be patient!

- After the payment is completed, I will contact you within 1 to 3 (business days) to send you the sketch of your commission.- First come first serve! I will be adding the order on my Queue and keep working on the next commission after finishing the first one and so on.- Changes on my commissions are allowed, but an extra fee will apply starting from the third change during the sketch phase. (Minor alterations will not incur an extra charge.)- Sketch changes: 10%
- Lineart changes: 15%
- Coloring changes: 25%
- Rendering changes: 35%- Once the client submits their request with the required information, I will follow the instructions for the illustration; if the client changes their mind or has a different idea at any point, an additional fee will be charged.- After the sketch is approved I’ll start the lineart to give update, once lineart is approved i'll start full rendering until i finish the commission. If you do wish, I can send updates every step, please let me know!- The final piece will be sent by mail or via Vgen; once sent, I will consider the order complete.

- My turnaround time is from 1 week minimum and 5 months maximum.
- Time varies depending on the commission, complexity, waiting queue and the situations I have in my daily life.- Any announcement will be shared in my social media so clients will be informed.- If you have a deadline the best thing to do is to commission me at least a month ahead of time please.

- If I do need to cancel the commission myself for personal reasons, it will inform the client and it will be refunded. please just be patience while i get the refund money, since most of them always goes to daily purchases or home rent.- If a refund is requested, it will be handled on a case-by-case , is not 100% guaranteed. Any refunds will not be made in full charge.- you will receive 75% back if the commission has not been started.- 50% back if the commission has been sketched.- 25% if past the sketch phase.- Any commissions that have been finished cannot be refunded.- If you agree to do a payment plan, payment plans cannot be refunded.- I reserve the right not to issue refunds in cases where I believe the situation was manipulated or involved bad faith.- As adults, we must be responsible for our money and how we treat others. Please keep in mind that freelance artists are neither a corporation nor a machine.

I will not engage in conversations intended to foster friendship, personal questions, venting, romantic overtures, etc.- I reserve the right to cancel or refuse the commission if the client's attitude makes me uncomfortable.

- The art commission is for personal use only. In case of requesting a commission for commercial use like: merchandise, printables, logo, video sprites, thumbnails, banners, covers, etc) please contact beforehand to: [email protected] or fill in the required information in the request form. As it would include a fee in exchange of comercial usage. I would absolutely love to work for you!- Once the commission has been delivered, under no circumstances should the signature be deleted please.- I do not provide editable files! Depending on the order and the situation, an additional fee will be charged if required.- The commissioner have complete permission to upload any artwork I have created for them, to any social media gallery with given credit.- Once the commission is delivered, you may use it for any personal use that you please, including: icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes, personal site display and personal items.

High-quality image without signature for production- Credit to the commissioner (if desired) on my social media and portfolioBy paying for commercial use, you agree to the following conditions:- Do not alter my work with AI or in any other way.- Give me permanent credit as the artist in all product listings.- Give me credit on any social media platform where it is published.- Grant me permission to use the work as an example in my portfolio.

- The colors and shapes of the character may change as been adapted to my style, please keep that in mind before commissioning!-The commissions will be put on a public queue, social media, portfolio and stremings sometimes.- If you want your commission to be anonymous or not be public, please let me know!- If you want to include any of my characters / avatar / OC’s in the commission, please ask me first. Im not comfortable with commissions with my characters in any sexual or romantic topics.- Please make sure my style fits what you are looking for! i love working with colorful characters and scenarios in a cartoon style. im pretty flexible with what i can draw, but please consider that maybe some stuffs don't work on my style.- I work best with reference images or mood boards, it's pretty hard to know what the client wants only in text descriptions!- Descriptions that lack sufficient detail will make it difficult for me to properly visualize what you want (unless you give me creative freedom).- If reference images are unclear or low-quality, it will be hard for me to work effectively; please keep this in mind so I can do my best work for you!- The interest that you may have in my commissions is appreciated and valued, but it must be considered that I have right to decline any commission or customer and cancel or refund, no matter what the reason is.

Needless to say, I ask for your patience and understanding regarding any situation that might delay your order (should any arise). I am a freelance artist; currently, commissions and events are my only source of work and income. I am committed to providing the best possible service to ensure you are happy!
