When you request a commission on any of my socials by DM please fill out the following information so i can take your order and calculate the price!

1-Client Name: name or nickname with which will be noted in the commission queue. ( specify if you want your commission to be anonymous).2- Character information: Name, gender, personality, physical description that can help to describe the character better.3-Extra: Describe what you want in the commission: some pose, expression, activity performed by the character, favorite object or thing. You also have the option of leaving it to creative freedom.4- Email Addres: Write your email adress so i can send the final artwork with quality.5- Agree TOS: Please check the queue and read the terms of service before buying a commission.

♡CUSTOM & ADOPTABLES RULES♡-Credit me @lilpinkghost for the creator of the design/character.-Please don't hide, private or delete my character's profile or images.- Don't resell the character for a higher price unless it has additional art.- Don't resell, gift or trade the character to soon. please wait until it's been like 5 months minimum.- You can change the character's name, gender, story, just don't chage the whole design completly.- No refounds once you pay for the custom or adoptable.- please read my TOS before requestion a custom!

TERMS OF SERVICE「♡」

♡GENERAL RULES♡♡ - The commission will start only after receiving the full payment. Half & half payments can be done for commissions over $50 The commission begins with the first payment until the sketch phase, after the second payment the commission will be completed.♡♡ - First come first serve! I will be putting the order of the commissions on my discord server!♡♡ - my turnaround time is from mostly 1 week minimum and 5 months maximum. But time varies depending on the commission, complexity, waiting queue and the situations I have in my daily life. Any announcement will be shared in my social media & discord so clients will be informed. If you have a deadline the best thing to do is to commission me at least a month ahead of time.♡♡ - The price can be raised depending on things like: complexity, character design, clothes, number of characters, background or props. This will be notified before requesting payment. ♡♡ - I don't do more than 3 changes in the sketch phase. an extra fee will be charged when the another change is requested. After the sketch phase, changes will no longer be accepted. More if the client is NOT specific of what it wants and request changes or more aditions beyond the original commission. ♡♡ - The commissions will be put on my public queue list, social media, portfolio and stremings sometimes. If you want your commission to be anonymous or not be public, please let me know! ♡♡ - If you want to include any of my characters / avatar / OC’s in the commission, please ask me first. Im not comfortable with commissions with my characters in any sexual or romantic topics. ♡♡ The colors and shapes of the character may change as been adapted to my style, please keep that in mind before commissioning!♡♡ - Please make sure my style fits what you are looking for! i love working with colorful characters and scenarios in a cartoon style. im pretty reflixble with what i can draw, but please consider that maybe some stuffs don't work in my style. ♡♡ - I will only work with reference images, it's pretty hard to know what the client wants in text descriptions! and if the reference has any noticeable shading, it might be hard for me to pick the accurate colors or details. ♡♡ - The interest that you may have in my commissions is appreciated and valued, but it must be considered that I have right to decline any commission, customer or cancel n refund, no matter what the reason is.♡

♡PAYMENT♡
♡ Payment can be done through paypal ( paypal.me / invoice ) and Kofi.♡ Payment via paypal have a 10% extra charged please keep that in mind before requestion commission! ♡
♡ Payment must be paid in MXN pesos due to how unstable the dollar is with my currency.♡Local customers (México) pay with transferencia bancaria o Oxxo ♡

♡COMMISSION RIGHTS♡♡ - The art commission is for personal use only. In case of requesting a commission for commercial use like: flyers, logo, video sprites, thumbnails, banners, covers, etc) please contact beforehand, as it would include a fee in exchange of comercial usage. I would ansolutely love to work for you! ♡♡ - Once the commission has been delivered, under no circumstances should the signature be deleted please. ♡♡ - The commissioner have complete permission to upload any artwork I have created for them, to any social media gallery with given credit. ♡♡ - Once the commission is delivered, you may use it for any personal use that you please, including: icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes, personal site display and personal items. But not more far of that.♡

♡REFUND POLICY♡
♡ - If a refund is requested, it will be handled on a case-by-case and is not 100% guaranteed. Any refunds will not be made in full.
- you will receive 75% back if the commission has not been started.
- 50% back if the commission has been sketched.
- 25% if past the sketch phase.Any commissions that have been finished cannot be refunded. ♡♡ - If you agree to do a payment plan, payment plans cannot be refunded. ♡♡ - If a refund is requested via paypal without my consent or without having reached a total agreement. You will be blocked immediately and added to the blacklist reports.♡♡ - If I do need to cancel the commission myself for personal reasons, it will inform the client and it will be refunded. ♡♡ - I will not be refunding people just because "changed their mind" and decided to use the money somewhere else or payed a commission when did not have enough money or time to wait. This is because as adults we have to be responsible with money and deals with others. considering the other part and not just yours because you want your money back.Please understand that you can't play with the time and effort of an artist. Refunds are really difficult for independent people, we are not companies. In my case it really affects my economic situation. and even though I'm very empathetic and understand other people’s situations or decisions, I have them too and I cannot easily repay, this is my job wich i dedicate time and effort and it must be respected.Of course if I make a BIG mistake that deserves a refund. i will do it, in those cases please just be patience while i get the refund money, since most of them always goes to daily purchases or home rent.♡

Needless to say, to please be patient and understanding in any delay situation. Like everyone outside the internet we have a life. In which I have a part-time job, a long list of things to do, projects to manage and some complicated situations in my environment wich do tend to get in the way. Sometimes i just rest form the work and the internet due to my chronical anxiety n stress, because artist get tired to and we are not machines...
So please, i would really apreciatte to not rushed me, It is completely okay to ask for updates anytime! but please know and take in mind that I do have a busy life outside the internet. ♡

It is my avatar with which I represent myself 100%, so suggestive, romantic or sexual comments towards her usually make me very uncomfortable since they are directed towards me too.

My name is Pinky and I'm 21 years old agender digital artist from Mexico, Nuevo León! I graduated with a degree in Graphic design. I love to draw funny and adorable things but sometimes i like to experiment with emotional art in a colorful vibrant style. What I like to draw the most are my own characters designs, merch and stories!.
When I am not drawing I'm probably eating, playing videogames, making scrapbooks or taking photos of nature or toys.
