♡CONFIRMATION♡
I will contact you through here to confirm the commission after I send the proposal. If I can't reach you, or you don't respond within 3 days, I will cancel the commission and give priority to the next person in line.♡PAYMENT♡
- The commission will start only after receiving the full payment.- Payment plans for orders over $300 can be discussed.- First come first serve! I will be adding the order of the commissions on my Queue and keep working on the next commission after finishing the first one and so on.- The price can be raised depending on things like: complexity, character design, clothes, number of characters, background or props.- This will be notified before requesting payment.- No more than 3 changes in the sketch phase is alowed. an extra fee will be charged if a 4th change is requested. After the sketch phase, changes will no longer be accepted.- Once the client submits their commission request with all the required information, no major changes can be requested. If they want to add extra elements, an additional fee will be charged.

- PLEASE be sure you have money for emergencies, situations that are not related to me are not applicable to request a refund.♡DEADLINES AND DELIVERY♡- My turnaround time is from 1 week minimum and 5 months maximum.- Time varies depending on the commission, complexity, waiting queue and the situations I have in my daily life. Any announcement will be shared in my social media & discord so clients will be informed.- If you have a deadline the best thing to do is to commission me at least a month ahead of time please.♡WORK PROGRES♡- After the payment is completed, I will contact you within 1 to 3 days to send you the sketch of your commission.- After the sketch is approved I’ll start the lineart to give update!- Once lineart is approved i'll start full rendering until i finish the commission.- If you do wish, I can send updates every big step but please let me know this !- Final piece will be sent here on Vgen or by email once I close the order.

♡REFUNDS♡
- If I do need to cancel the commission myself for personal reasons, it will inform the client and it will be refunded. please just be patience while i get the refund money, since most of them always goes to daily purchases or home rent.
- If a refund is requested, it will be handled on a case-by-case and is not 100% guaranteed.- Any refunds will not be made in full.- you will receive 75% back if the commission has not been started.- 50% back if the commission has been sketched.- 25% if past the sketch phase.- Any commissions that have been finished cannot be refunded. If you agree to do a payment plan, payment plans cannot be refunded.- I will not be refunding people just because "changed their mind" and decided to use the money somewhere else or payed a commission when did not have enough money or time to wait. As adults we have to be responsible with money and deals with others. considering the other part and not just yours because you want your money back please, im am not a big industry or machine:(♡COMMUNICATION♡
- I will only use this method to communicate with my clients! If I’m unable to reply here in several days (For example, if my computer has stopped working or I don’t have access to my computer), you can DM on my instagram @lilpinkghost or in discord LilPinkGhost#2084- My commission work hours are Monday to Friday, from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM GMT. I recommend following me on social media or joining my Discord server to stay updated on my activity, any announcements, or unexpected delays.♡USE♡
- The art commission is for personal use only. In case of requesting a commission for commercial use like: merchandise, printables, logo, video sprites, thumbnails, banners, covers, etc) please contact beforehand to: [email protected] or fill in the required information in the request form. As it would include a fee in exchange of comercial usage. I would absolutely love to work for you!

- Once the commission has been delivered, under no circumstances should the signature be deleted please.- The commissioner have complete permission to upload any artwork I have created for them, to any social media gallery with given credit.- Once the commission is delivered, you may use it for any personal use that you please, including: icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes, personal site display and personal items.♡GENERAL♡
- The colors and shapes of the character may change as been adapted to my style, please keep that in mind before commissioning!- The commissions will be put on a public queue, social media, portfolio and stremings sometimes. If you want your commission to be anonymous or not be public, please let me know!.- If you want to include any of my characters / avatar / OC’s in the commission, please ask me first. Im not comfortable with commissions with my characters in any sexual or romantic topics.- Please make sure my style fits what you are looking for! i love working with colorful characters and scenarios in a cartoon style. im pretty reflixble with what i can draw, but please consider that maybe some stuffs don't work in my style.- I will only work with reference images, it's pretty hard to know what the client wants in text descriptions! and if the reference has any noticeable shading, it might be hard for me to pick the accurate colors or details.- The interest that you may have in my commissions is appreciated and valued, but it must be considered that I have right to decline any commission, customer or cancel n refund, no matter what the reason is.
Needless to say, to please be patient and understanding in any delay situation. Like everyone outside the internet we have a life. In which I have a part-time job, a long list of things to do, projects to manage and some complicated situations in my environment wich do tend to get in the way. So please, i would really apreciatte to not rushed me, It is completely okay to ask for updates anytime! but please know and take in mind that I do have a busy life outside the internet.
